When I choose to stay sheltered..

When tragic endings touches close, I wonder if I am next too. Losing a young life unexpectedly is never justified in my eyes. I lost faith once and trying to not lose it again, and to take life as it comes with sacrifices that is yet nothing compared to theirs.

Today, my substitute yoga teacher greeted us with a note:

On this New Year, you will want to make resolutions, 
however you need to know that you are already perfect.
You may just have to find it in you.
